Mobile Access to Healthcare Faxes via eFax Corporate

Fax Echo provides authorized users with mobile, read-only visibility into inbound faxes managed by an existing eFax Corporate account. Fax Echo does not replace or modify your underlying fax infrastructure.

Important: Fax Echo is a mobile client application and does not independently provide regulatory certifications or compliance guarantees. Security, compliance, retention, and access controls are defined and enforced by the organization’s eFax Corporate configuration and internal policies.

Fax Solutions for the Healthcare Industry

A secure mobile extension for healthcare fax workflows

Fax Echo does not replace your fax system. It connects to an existing eFax Corporate account and provides authorized users with secure, read-only mobile access to inbound faxes — governed through the eFax Corporate Admin Portal.

While received fax documents are read-only for security reasons, users can reply to faxes or send new faxes with attachments directly from the app when action is required.

  • Mobile visibility into inbound fax traffic without forwarding documents
  • Access critical documents without returning to a workstation
