Installation Steps

1. Request free trial access using the Apple ID email address of your iPhone/iPad.
2. Download Apple’s TestFlight app from the App Store: Download TestFlight
3. Open the downloaded TestFlight app.
4. Tap Allow when prompted for TestFlight notifications.
5. Tap Continue on the Welcome screen.
6. Tap Install next to Fax Echo.
7. Tap Open.
8. Tap Allow when Fax Echo requests notification permission.
9. Tap Go to Store.
10. Tap $39.99 / month. (No charge in TestFlight version.)
11. Tap Subscribe. (No charge in TestFlight version.)
12. If prompted, sign in with your Apple ID password and tap Sign In.
13. Tap OK in the “You're all set” popup.
14. Tap < Back.
15. Tap Register.
16. Enter all required information. Store your password securely. Tap Register to auto-login.

Checking Received Faxes (Inbox)

1. Tap a fax row to open Fax Details:
   • View Fax
   • Copy Info
   • Add Contact
   • Check Action History
   • Reply by FAX
   • Reply by Phone (select a phone number first)
   • Reply by Message (select a mobile number first)
   • Archive (hides from Inbox)
   • Mark as Spam (hides from Inbox)
   • Delete Permanently (irreversible)
2. Swipe a fax row left to reveal configured swipe menu actions.
3. Tap the Sort icon to filter by status:
   • View by status
   • Tap Bulk Reply
   • Tap Send Replies
4. Tap the Hidden icon to show archived or spam rows.

Sending a Fax

1. Tap the Send Fax tab at the bottom.
2. Enter destination information or search contacts from your iOS Contacts.
3. Replace [Your Name] in the cover page body.
4. Tap Save as Template if desired.
5. Tap Select Files to attach documents.
6. Tap Send Fax.
7. Check status in the Latest 3 Sent Faxes section.

Settings Configuration

1. Tap the Settings tab at the bottom.
2. Change FAX RETRIEVAL PERIOD if desired.
3. Modify swipe menu items in FAX LIST SWIPE MENU.
4. Enable push notifications:
   • Tap Request (Device Notification Permission)
   • Tap Receive Bulletin Notifications
5. Enable biometric login: Scroll to BIOMETRIC LOGIN and enable Face ID / Touch ID.
6. Cancel subscription:
   • Tap Manage Subscriptions
   • Tap Cancel Subscription
   • Confirm cancellation

1. Check Latest 3 Bulletins:
   • Tap Click here for more for details
2. Contact SaaS Sales Rep:
   • Add your website URL
   • Select estimated monthly fax pages
   • Edit your message
   • Tap Find Fax SaaS Partners
3. Contact Fax Echo Support:
   • Edit your message
   • Tap Contact Fax Echo Support to launch email
